Preparation

- Soak the vetches for 12 hours.

- Boil them for 20 minutes.

Our advice: Mix nigerseeds up with whole and crushed hemp to create an overwhelming mix. Want to take it one step further? Add also red millet, sesame and roasted peanuts to achieve amazing results.
